PhilNYC has added a photo to the pool: Wet rub: Soy sauce, brown sugar, red pepper, black pepper, cumin, cinnamon, garlic. Smoked for 5 hours with hickory wood chips. Thin coat of tomato-based sauce with 1 hour left to smoke
